These Booking Terms apply to all classes, workshops, and one-to-one sessions provided by The Moon and Lotus Birth Prep.

By booking through Bookwhen or by email, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings and payments

• Your place is confirmed once your deposit or full payment has been received.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Payment plans are binding - the full fee remains payable even if you do not attend.

2. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the class or session will result in loss of all fees paid.

• Earlier cancellations may be transferred to another available date at the provider’s discretion.

• If The Moon and Lotus must cancel, you will be offered a full refund (including deposit) or the option to transfer.

3. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate a transfer to another suitable date, subject to availability.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking.

• Inform the provider of any medical or accessibility needs.

• Attend punctually and engage respectfully.

• Do not record, reproduce, or share course materials without written consent.

5. Disclaimer

All sessions and workshops are for educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for your own health decisions.

6. Force majeure

If a class or session is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, severe weather, childcare emergencies, government restrictions), you will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.

7. Governing law

These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Agreement

By booking or paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
