I’m buzzing that you’re here…
You already know something isn't adding up..
You're doing the reading, the researching, the questioning and still you’ve got niggles
Your birth matters. Your instincts matter and you deserve to stroll into it prepared
You want more than a tick-box antenatal class
You want to actually understand what's happening in your body. You want to know your rights. You want to embrace that feeling, that ancient, deep-down knowing that your body is built for this shiz. You're not looking for permission. You're looking for the knowledge and the tools to stop asking for it ♡
About me…
Hellooo I’m Sam, a midwife with over a decade of experience supporting families on their awesome journey through pregnancy, birth and beyond. With a wildling of my own and years of hands-on hospital, birth unit, community and homebirth care, I know firsthand how magical and chaotic this season of life can be, when a mumma & bebe is born
At The Moon and Lotus Birth Prep, I’m all about creating spaces where parents-to-be can feel confident, connected and actually buzzing about the adventure ahead. My workshops are more than just an antenatal class; they’re a chance to invest in yourself, find your power and prepare holistically for parenting with a sprinkle of banter and realism
Whether you’re navigating first kicks or preparing for life with a newborn, I’m here to guide you with real talk, evidence-based advice and a touch of cheeky bants. Let’s do this together!
Because you are worth this investment and your baby is only born once ♡
